We've been a craft brewery in downtown Durham since 2011, operating Durham's oldest brewpub. We bring our beer to the Solera as well as age beer in barrels on site.

What is a Solera?

---

We are aging beer in a Solera similar to the Sherry method in Spain. We periodically draw off aged beer to serve in the taproom. Our barrel pyramid has 33 barrels stacked in a triangle shape, 18 feet tall.

With a big screen TV, large foosball table, and THREE classic pinball machines to choose from there's always something fun for the whole family to do.

We offer Burrito Bash Platters to enjoy our majestic burritos on game days, birthdays, family get togethers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, gender reveal parties, poetry slams, after parties, silver soirées, pool parties, dog shows, barn raisings and any other time you need to feed more than 3 or 4 people.

Burrito Bash Platters include a variety of our pocket-sized burritos, and our "Best Queso Scenario" Cheese Dip with chips and salsa. Of course you can add Bull City Burger and Brewery beer or family-style iced tea or hand-squeezed lemonade.
