Solera Beer
Nine years in the making, our Belgian Tripel aged in neutral oak casks blended in the Solera tradition. Tasting notes: boozy aromas with caramel, fig, and spice. Golden brown color with a long finish of allspice, nutmeg, and saddle leather. 12oz snifter 9.8% |
Quadrupel Aged in a Sherry Barrel
Our Belgian Quadrupel aged in former Sherry casks for over a year. Tasting notes: auburn chestnut color. Fruit leather, raisin, and caramel. Finish is a long with a mixed berry flavor. 12oz snifter 9.2% |
Cuvée #1
Cuvée is the French term used to refer to blended wines, we borrow that method for our Cuvée #1, blending barrel-aged beers with fresh Belgian Quadrupel. Tasting notes: oaky spice, dark fruits, tasted sugars, dry tannic finish. 12oz snifter 7.5% |

Canned Beer$10 for 2-pint can
We are able to can beers fresh from the tap for you. We also have some beers on site already canned for a quick grab and go. Our Double Pint cans are good for about 2 weeks and need to be kept refrigerated. |
